A Diversidade Cultural e a Educação: Papel do Professor e o da Escola na Superação de Preconceitos

RESUMO: Este texto procura apresentar as questões relacionadas à diversidade cultural, entrelaçada a educação e por fim o papel da escola e do professor nessa relação. Envolvendo suas conceituações e sua intervenção prática. Analisando a melhor maneira de intervir como educador para apaziguar o conflito de culturas existentes em sala de aula, propondo soluções reais para assim melhorar a prática educacional exercida pelos atuais professores, atribuindo à escola uma grande influência e responsabilidade ao usar uma educação libertadora como meio que irá eliminar paradigmas preconceituosos estabelecidos pela sociedade, defendendo assim de forma harmoniosa as interações dentro do ambiente escolar, a valorização da culturas existentes e o incentivo ao respeito a todas as diversidades, igualmente, sem práticas equivocadas ou preconceituosas. Enfatizando de forma objetiva e sintetizada a valorização da diversidade e a construção de uma educação acolhedora, levando em consideração a importância da diversidade cultural na formação do cidadão e como deve ser sua presença em sala de aula, libertando os estudantes de uma visão preconceituosa do que é diferente.

ABSTRACT: This paper seeks to present the issues related to cultural diversity intertwined education and finally the role of the school and the teacher in this relationship. Involving their conceptualizations and intervention practice. Analyzing the best way to intervene as an educator to appease the conflict of cultures in the classroom by proposing real solutions to improve educational practice so exercised by current teachers, giving the school a great influence and responsibility when using a liberating education as a means to will eliminate biased paradigms established by society, thus defending smoothly interactions within the school environment and the enhancement of existing cultures and promote respect for diversity all equally without biased or misleading practices. Emphasizing objectively and synthesized valuing diversity and building a welcoming education, taking into account the importance of cultural diversity in the training of citizens and how should their presence in the classroom, freeing students from a jaundiced view of what is different.
